There are two ways to order the yearbook:
1.
NEW this year: Order online at
www.yearbookforever.com and pay with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal (pay in 4 installments available with a PayPal account.)
**Special options to add engraved name stamp, student activity icons, autograph pages, and/or a Year in Review only available when you purchase the yearbook online!**
2. Complete the order form and include your payment of cash or check/money order made payable to Brookfield Local Schools no later than January 28, 2025. Order can either be mailed to Brookfield Middle School: ATTENTION MS Yearbook, 614 Bedford Rd. SE, Brookfield, OH 44403 or your student can bring the order to the Middle School Office.
